The Draft League is for youth players on the Westside of El Paso that go through the League draft to be placed on a team. If a player is not part of a club team then they will play in this division. The emphasis is for the players to enjoy a recreational baseball no matter what the skill level and through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, will assist our youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, this division is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes. Each child is evaluated in a one-day skills assessment program and drafted by a coach to be placed on his/her team.

The American League is for youth players that are part of individual club teams and are committed to playing a more advanced style of baseball. If your player is part of an exisiting team and has been invited to play for them, this is the division where you will play. The rules are more advanced as well as this division follows the Major League Baseball Rule Book where players can lead off bases and pick offs are allowed. There are no restrictions as to where you live in this division and each team is responsible for the players uniforms and equipment.
