League age is determined by birth date. A players league age is their age on April 30th of the year of play. For example, a player born on April 22nd 1999 is league age 11 while a player born on May 1st 1999 would be league age 10.

If your child has had considerable baseball experience and highly skilled you may tryout for a team in a higher division. However, your child will also need to participate in the age appropriate evaluation in the event they are not drafted.
