Well, our prayers have been answered!!!

The uniforms will be in this evening, if the US Customs allows us to cross them from Mexico.   The Director of Unforms will be at the fields at 9:00am Saturday – tomorrow - to distribute them.  Here is the schedule for distribution:

T- Ball/Rookies          9 - 9:30AM  Saturday

Minors                      9:45AM  Saturday

Majors                      10:00AM  Saturday

Misc.                        NOON Sunday

If you cannot be there, make sure a representative from your team picks up your uniforms.  In the event that you do not pick up your uniforms, The Director will be at the fields at NOON on Sunday.  After that, the uniforms will be scheduled based upon the Directors suggestion.

Minors Pirates – Your player hats were not available – we will need to make arrangements to have your hats embroidered.  They will be ready next week.

T-Ball Cubs - Your player hats were not available – we will need to make arrangements to have your hats embroidered.  They will be ready next week.

Minors and Rookie White Sox – Your coach’s hats are backordered.  You will get them upon delivery. 

Rookie Yankees - Your coach’s hats are backordered.  You will get them upon delivery.

Select Teams – Those with custom logos, we were able to use your logo if we had it.  If not, we ordered blank hats – you will be responsible for getting them embroidered, if you wish.  Otherwise, we did our best to provide you with a great alternative uniform, considering the time we had to work with.

Several coaches placed addendum orders to adjust sizes for their players.  These uniforms will not be delivered until a later time.  We are sorry for the inconvenience but our supplier bent over backwards to make this happen for us.  All of these uniforms were custom made to our specs.  Using a local supplier also allowed us to order custom colors, as in Home and Away jersey colors, as well as, Alternate and Cooperstown colors.  We only have one duplicate jersey color in one of the divisions. We hope you like them.  The uniform material used is a nylon pro mesh with some elasticity in it.  Please have the players without uniforms wear an appropriately colored shirt on the field and, when reporting their numbers in your lineup card, please use #0 until their jersey arrives.  IF you have more than 1 player without a jersey, use #00 and #000 for them.
